Biography of Rav Mati FRIEDMAN

Rabbi Mati Friedman was born in Toronto, Canada. He attended Day School and Yeshiva High School in Toronto, after which he spent many years immersed in study, in Yeshivas Kol Torah in Yerushalayim, Yeshivas Ner Yisroel in Baltimore, and Yeshivas Mir in Yerushalayim. After marrying, he continued his studies in Kollel, first in Yeshivas Mir in Yerushalayim and then in The Jerusalem Kollel under the guidance of Harav Yitzhak Berkovits. He received his Rabbinical ordination from HaRav Zalman Nechemia Goldberg and Harav Yitzchak Berkovits. He has been studying and teaching in The Jerusalem Kollel in various capacities since 2003.
